Project Description: The Anchor Project is the acquisition and renovation or new construction on targeted blocks of Erie’s core residential neighborhoods surrounding the downtown.

Project Description: Ironworks Square encompasses the remediation and revitalization of a key 5 acre parcel at W. 12th & Cherry Streets along Erie’s industrial corridor.
